Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki allows us to release unprocessed emotions that have made themselves at home in our bodies. When we come to a state of deep relaxation with Reiki those emotions are given the space to move through us so we can live our lives feeling lighter and more open.
Come to a deep state of surrender through a one hour session, our Reiki Practitioner will help you set an intention for your time together, guide you in meditation and provide a deep Reiki well-being experience.
Reiki is a Japanese method that promotes healing through deep relaxation. It is a hand’s on or off technique where energy is channels through the practitioners body and then flows out of the hands to the receiver. The word “Reiki” is a combination of two Japanese words: “rei,” which means “God’s wisdom,” or “the higher power,” and“ki,” which means “life force energy”. Reiki is channeling the higher power of life force energy and allowing our higher self to receive its ancient wisdom and knowing.
